Casal Garcia Vinho Verde

Vinification of Casal Garcia Branco Vinho Verde: The finest grapes of the region's main grape varieties are brought to the Aveleda winery from select producers in the Vinho Verde region. The grapes are carefully vinified by low-pressure pressing, followed by alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and then chilled to stabilize it.
